I have just had the pleasure of having Tony and Irene from ITSA HOMES to design and renovate our home.

They designed and installed wall units, wardrobes, updated our kitchen including our kitchen bench and turned all our lower pantry shelves into more usable drawers.

We were so impressed with their professionalism and quality of work that we ended up getting our bathroom, toilet and laundry totally redesigned and outfitted, then set them to work on our outside, and had them construct decking around our newly installed swim spa and put a patio roof over it.
I pinch myself and cant believe I was so lucky to get such caring and diligent workers. Nothing was too much trouble and believe me, I did make several alterations to the original plans while the work was being completed.

No matter which trade people came to our house, they treated it with total respect, made sure everything was securely covered so nothing would get damaged, and made sure that everything was perfectly clean when they finished. Even moving furniture was no issue. Being 65+ things seem to weigh more than when we were younger but this wasn't an issue for ITSA HOMES. They were only too happy to assist us with relocating our furniture which was a great help. These days there are very few tradesmen who will move your furniture, they want it done before you arrive.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. My home was as clean if not cleaner when they left than when they arrived, they removed all rubbish and nothing was too much trouble.

Tony managed the renovation on our home in Oakleigh South. From before the job started till after the work was completed he worked with utmost professionalism, precision and speed. He helped us keep costs down, got the work done to schedule and had an incredible eye for detail. When we ran into problems (the legacy of some dodgy DIY work by a previous owner) Tony found ways to remedy the situation and restore our house’s structural integrity without fuss.  We engaged ITSA HOMES to do an internal renovation on our Californian Bungalow involving the removal of two walls between our kitchen, dining and lounge room. This opened up our home to create one large living area.

The job started as planned and as we continued to live in the house while the work was being done, it was important to us that the site was left relatively tidy and very safe at the end of each day.
